With ITR Or Without ITR Loans Available

How can give Loans for the person who have not filed IT Returns? This question arises for many people. When the income is good and some reason, if ITR is not filled those cases we can take loans. But the balance maintained in current account can be considered. 
There are lots of products available when going for any kind of loans. Say for example HOME LOAN, we can give home loans if the person has got good salary or turn over. We can fund him considering his ITR and other things. But when he has not filled any ITR and banking is maintained. We have a products for the same.

Most of the time we have to educate the customer to file ITR regularly. If he don't file, he will face problems surely. Mandate is that regular filling and also regularly maintaining bank balance is really good. Many NBFC banks will take deviation for the same. Even reputed banks also will do the same.
